Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality investment reports to institutional clients, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the firm's commitment to transparency and client service.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute periodic and ad hoc investment reports using Vermilion, FactSet, and internal systems.
  • Reconcile portfolio data, including performance, holdings, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (portfolio management, accounting, performance, distribution, compliance) to gather and validate reporting inputs.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to meet evolving client needs.
  • Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and configuring systems to align with reporting specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Support internal and external audits related to client reporting.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in investment reporting, performance analysis, or a similar role within asset management.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and insurance portfolios.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with FactSet Vermilion, Bloomberg and/or Clearwater Analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, especially for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience working with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) as a portfolio accounting and reporting system.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $135,000 - $180,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
