As a CNC Operator, you will operate and maintain lathe and milling machines, ensuring precise production by reviewing blueprints and taking accurate measurements. You will select appropriate machines, plan tasks, and monitor production making necessary adjustments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, overseeing multiple CNC machines, and handling complex tasks. Duties include monitoring the machine or machines during a production run to ensure properly produced parts, inspecting dimensions and features of the machined part while keeping the CNC machine running at an optimal pace for production requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Studying materials and specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Calculating requirements
• Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines
• Documenting actions
• Conducting machinery checking on a daily basis
• Following safety procedures and regulations
• Supervising the machines

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze the information provided on blueprints or other explanatory documents to make sure the final product matches the draft
• Understanding of how the machine works to maintain the machinery for which they are responsible and ensure it functions properly. 
• Problem-solving skills in order to detect issues in the creation process and find solutions to ensure the machinery creates the product provided in the draft 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a CNC machine operator
• Excellent technical skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Highly developed concentration and precision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Problem solving skills
