Description:

Key Roles: Mid-level- Sr. Developer, ServiceNow, ITAM, CMDB, Asset Management

• 6+ years' experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules, including asset lifecycle management and configuration management.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Write advanced scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and experience integrating with external systems.
• Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes within ServiceNow.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data
• Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs
• ServiceNow Expertise: ITAM, CMDB, 3rd party integration
• Certifications: Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in ITAM (nice to have)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to development.
