Sterile Processing Technician

We are seeking a part-time Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at the Fort Missoula Physician's Building 3 location.

Schedule hours per week Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends

The Sterile Processing Technician will:

Collect used and contaminated instruments for sorting and decontamination
Operates and maintains decontamination equipment
Monitors and operates sterilization equipment and maintains supplies
Examines supplies to ensure quality and cleanliness
Maintains records for sterilization instruments and processes sterilized items
Sterilizes, sorts, wraps and organizes equipment into instrument trays
Manually cleans equipment and supplies

Minimum Requirements of the Medical Assistant MA position:

CNA or some clinical experience preferred
Experience with sterilization equipment preferred

The successful Sterile Processing Technician candidate will be subject to a background check.
