Position Overview

We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen. This role requires consistency, urgency, cleanliness, and the ability to execute recipes to standard every shift. We are looking for team players who take pride in their craft and understand that accountability and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to The Hatch recipes and quality standards

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols

• Keep station stocked, organized, and clean at all times

• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members

• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work every shift

• Contribute to a respectful, team-first kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Coachable, accountable, and open to feedback

• Team-oriented mindset with no ego

• Drug-free and alcohol-free workplace during all shifts

Pay & Advancement

Pay is based on experience. Training begins at base wage. Raises, leadership opportunities, and long-term
