Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential and small commercial projects
• Work collaboratively with leadership, subcontractors, and future team members
• Ensure high standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with clients and the owner regarding project status
• Contribute to an organized and efficient jobsite environment
• Represent Boyer Contracting in a professional and respectful manner
• Participate in training, skill advancement, and opportunities for added responsibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in remodeling, carpentry, or general construction
• Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and basic code requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Physically able to perform the demands of remodeling work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ownership of basic hand tools (or willingness to obtain)
• Commercial experience or build-outs are a bonus, not required

Compensation & Schedule

• $24–$30/hr ($50,000–$62,000 annually), based on experience
• Monday–Friday, typically 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
