Job Description

Riceland Foods is looking for a Utility Operator. Utility is responsible for the safe and efficient removal, transportation and management of spent clay which including loading of clay buggies, hauling to the landfill on buggy truck, the general sanitation in the Hydro plant area and all other duties assigned. The Utility Operator must be able to work well with others, communicate effectively, both written and orally, be self-motivated and self-started. be able to work in a safe and efficient manner both as part of a team and as an individual.

Job Duties

Must be able to read, write, follow both written and verbal instruction. Must be able to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, goggles, gloves, etc.) when required. Occasionally operate back hoe, bobcat, and forklift.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Hazmat certification.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must have a class B CDL.
• All other work as assigned by supervisor.
