Position: Lead Carpenter

Location: Pacific, MO and surrounding areas

Schoo Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team. We handle remodels, additions, new builds, garages, concrete work, storm repair, and more. We need someone who is a motivated self starter that takes pride in quality work, and can run jobs professionally from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Reliable work vehicle

• Must have own tools (hand tools + basic power tools)

• Able to communicate clearly with shop, customers, and subcontractors

Skills Wanted:

-Rough & Trim Carpentry

-Plumbing

-Electrical

-Drywall

-Flooring

-Tile

-Paintin

• Concrete

-Decking

-Siding

-Soffit & Facia

Responsibilities:

• Run jobs independently

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Work efficiently and produce quality results
