Production Assembly Associate

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be a key player in bringing our top-notch sound machines to life From assembling parts to ensuring quality and packaging the final product, your work will directly impact people's sleep (and trust us, they'll thank you for it). Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

Production Duties:

• Assemble high-quality sound machines using hand tools (don't worry, we'll train you).
• Test each unit to ensure it meets our standards.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Track production data to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized—because a tidy space is a happy space

Who You Are:

• A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude—we like good energy here
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times a day (think: a big box of sound machines).
• Have good hand dexterity to use small tools and assemble small parts.
• Can hear and test sound machines to ensure they work perfectly.
• Comfortable sitting or standing at your workstation for up to 10 hours a day.
• Reliable, dependable, and always on time—we count on each other
• Available for our Monday-Thursday (7 AM - 5 PM) schedule.
• Bonus: If you know a little about Lean Manufacturing, that's a plus
