Role Overview:
As a Relationship Development Consultant, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand each client's unique marketing and consulting needs, offering tailored support and solutions to help them succeed. You will facilitate sales appointments, maintain client engagement, and ensure an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Secure a minimum of 3 new clients weekly (12 monthly) through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
- Develop and sustain deep, trusting relationships with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their individual marketing and consulting objectives.

Goal Achievement Facilitation:
- Collaborate with clients to define and achieve their marketing goals, providing personalized advice and support throughout their journey.
- Create and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary for success.

Performance Metrics Management:
- Meet company-set metrics, including client follow-ups, outbound calls, and email engagement, tracking your progress diligently.
- Regularly assess and review personal performance against established goals, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are consistently met.

Client Communication and Support:
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gauge client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups using company-approved tools and systems.
- Provide management with regular updates on client engagement, sales performance, and insights for continuous improvement.

Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, marketing strategies, and best practices to enhance service offerings and client support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company to improve skills and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment, managing your own schedule effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to ethical communication and fostering long-term client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on commission with opportunities for tiered growth based on performance metrics.
- Eligible for a company gas card and company-provided phone after 90 days of consistent performance meeting company metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35, $80,000.00 per year
