• Assist licensed electricians with residential and/or light commercial electrical work

• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components

• Help troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and written/verbal instructions

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, codes, and standards

• Provide excellent service and communication to customers and team members

• Strong interest in learning the electrical trade

• Prior experience or schooling in electrical work is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, outdoors)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
