Role Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
Fanatics Commerce is looking for a strategic and enthusiastic leader to fill the position of Logistics Analyst. This is a vital role, responsible for the bulk movement of wholesale domestic freight moving, into multiple Warehouse facilities throughout North America. The Logistics Analyst will use their domestic and/or international expertise to implement cost savings, improve efficiency, and recommend technology enhancements.
What Impact You Will Make
Coordinate and execute the movement of goods within the US, within Canada and into the US and Canada from Foreign Origins. This includes building relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, LTL and FTL carriers.

Daily responsibility for tendering out domestic freight.

Optimize the daily routing board with consolidations and assign carriers to loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS) daily, following established rules and policies.

Managing freight in and out of the transload facilities in the US to our DCs.

Work cross functionally with teams in planning, customer service, allocations, sourcing, and operations to ensure we deliver products on time and to the quality our fans expect.

Coordinate domestic moves to tradeshows around the US with the tradeshow team.

Supports the timely transportation needs of our Onsite Teams during a HOT Market. (World Series, Superbowl, NBA Finals, etc.)

Ability to work weekends and potentially after hours.

Work cross functionally to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to domestic 3rd Party Printers.

Coordinate the delivery of finished goods from 3rd Party Printers to Fanatics DC's or direct to customers.

Collaborate with transportation partners to develop the best logistics solutions for Fanatics.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.

Assist in the development of metrics that drive efficiency and control spending.

Develop KPIs and reporting tracking transloads and 3 rd party carriers to be reviewed monthly.

Interpret, record, and research carrier invoices to ensure billing accuracy.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in domestic transportation and/or international imports & exports
  • Functional experience using a Transportation Management System
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of major sports league special events
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistical principles, including but not limited to Inventory, Transportation, and Distribution
  • General Knowledge of International Shipping and associated customs documentation
  • Working knowledge and experience in managing small parcel, LTL, and truckload/container shipments – domestic and international.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain/Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience
