Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently looking for a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Miami, Florida area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has expertise across a wide range of trades. The position offers flexible scheduling and the potential to earn between $2,000 to $3,000 per week, depending on the scope and complexity of the projects you take on.

We are especially seeking individuals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Miami, ensuring we can serve our clients across South Florida efficiently. Whether you are based in Miami or surrounding areas, we welcome General Handymen who are willing and able to travel to different job sites.

Perform a broad range of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and more. Every day will bring new challenges, and you will be responsible for completing repairs that meet our company's high-quality standards.

Identify issues quickly and determine effective solutions, whether the problem is minor or more complex. Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Complete assigned work orders within designated timeframes. Maintaining quality while meeting deadlines is key to success in this role.

Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship in line with Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc.'s reputation and expectations.

Follow all safety regulations, use tools and equipment properly, and adhere to company safety guidelines at all job sites.

Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful attitude with clients. Be prepared to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.

Contractors must supply their own tools and have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites within the Miami area.

Independent contractors must carry their own liability insurance. If you do not currently have insurance, you will be required to obtain it.

Strong experience across multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

Proficiency in several maintenance and repair tasks. Specialists willing to expand their skillset are also welcome.

You must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to cover a 50-mile radius from Miami.

Must provide personal tools suitable for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide clear explanations and solutions.

Self-motivated individuals capable of managing multiple tasks with little to no supervision.
