About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support an Executive Leader and help drive operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and handles confidential information with discretion.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leader, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Leader's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain sensitive records.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Leader and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and documents.
- Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups as needed.
- Support special initiatives and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, or executive assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, *Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, and/or other office software.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
