Role Overview

The Content Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our creative engine running smoothly. This role acts as the central hub for content requests across brands, ensuring projects are assigned correctly, samples are managed efficiently, timelines are met, and final assets are organized and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Brand Content Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate all content needs across HydroJug, ACTA, Purelyte, Ecom, Wholesale, and Paid Ads teams
  • Align deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams and brands

Project Intake and Assignment

  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming content requests
  • Assign projects to the appropriate creators, photographers, or editors
  • Ensure all creators have clear briefs, timelines, and expectations before work begins

Sample Management

  • Oversee all marketing samples, including tracking inventory
  • Request samples from the warehouse as needed
  • Ensure products are delivered to the correct talent or internal team member for each shoot

Shoot Preparation and Logistics

  • Distribute samples, shot lists, creative briefs, and timelines to creators and internal teams
  • Follow up to confirm all shoot needs are prepared ahead of time

Wholesale Content Workflow

  • Manage wholesale content requests from intake to delivery
  • Assign projects to internal resources or creators
  • Track progress and confirm all deliverables are completed, finalized, and linked to the correct wholesaler by deadline

Content Tracking and Organization

  • Maintain organized folder structures, naming conventions, and asset tracking systems
  • Ensure final content is saved, labeled, and accessible to the appropriate teams

Follow-Up and Deadline Management

  • Monitor progress across all assigned projects
  • Follow up regularly with creators and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate potential deadline risks or blockers proactively

Cross-Team Communication

  • Keep communication flowing between marketing, product, paid, wholesale, and e-commerce teams
  • Provide clear updates on content status, timelines, and needs

Quality and Brand Alignment

  • Review incoming content for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality
  • Ensure content meets HydroJug brand standards before being passed along for use

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in content coordination, marketing operations, or creative project management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with multiple teams, deadlines, and creators
  • Familiarity with content workflows, asset management, and creative briefs
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with influencers or external creators
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Asana, , Notion, or similar project management platforms
  • Background in e-commerce, wholesale, or paid social content
