On-Call Commercial Cleaner (Must Have Own Vehicle)

AnyMess Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented on-call Cleaners to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments at various commercial locations.

Position Type: On-call / As-needed
Transportation: Must have own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning duties at assigned sites, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies as required.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Move furniture or equipment as needed; some heavy lifting may be required.
• Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, site conditions, or maintenance concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within assigned time frames.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients or building occupants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• On-call availability with flexible scheduling (including evenings or weekends as needed).
• Must have a valid driver's license (Class 5 preferred) and own reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites.
• Previous commercial or custodial cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• No criminal record.
