3rd Shift ONLY-Production Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on manufacturing experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive KPIs, quality, and team results. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and effective at coaching and developing people.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet schedule, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and maintain a high-performing production team.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Promote and sustain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence.
• Conduct daily material audits, MPS audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and internal production procedures.
• Utilize ERP and inventory control systems (SAP or similar) for production tracking.
• Train new employees and assist with cross-training across departments.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily production reports.
• Determine labor requirements and support employee recruitment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to address operational issues.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience, including leadership roles
• Strong experience with KPIs and performance-driven operations
• Proven process improvement experience
• Experience with inventory control software (SAP or similar)
• Experience in the plastics industry (preferred)
• Strong computer literacy and ERP experience
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment
• Dependable, organized, and able to lead with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong collaboration approach and communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing ISO procedures
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Broad understanding of production, planning, and quality processes

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
