YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Treasury Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily liquidity and executing cash management for both national and international entities.
• You will contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of treasury processes and systems (e.g. TMS, payment transactions, in-house banking, cash pooling) and support Group-wide liquidity planning, particularly by analyzing and evaluating monthly liquidity reports from subsidiaries.
• You will help enhance and optimize analytical tools and reporting formats within the Treasury function.
• Your responsibilities will also include managing, controlling, and monitoring liquidity provision to subsidiaries, as well as supporting them with account administration and payment processes.
• You will prepare treasury reports and ad hoc analyses and contribute to treasury-related projects, such as those focused on digitalization, automation, or regulatory compliance.
• You will collaborate closely with other finance and business departments.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a degree in business administration or have completed training as a certified accountant or banker, and you have several years of professional experience in treasury, ideally in an international environment.
• You have solid expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial instruments.
• You are experienced in working with treasury management systems (e.g. SAP TRM, ITS, TIS) and proficient in common office tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Your strengths include analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• With your visionary mindset and hands-on, solution-oriented approach, you act with confidence and drive innovation within your area of responsibility.
• Your experience in international and cross-functional collaboration, along with your willingness to travel internationally, completes your profile.
