Qualifications & Experience
About the Role
As our
Schools/Groups/Sales Booking Coordinator
, you'll be the go-to connector between LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey and the amazing schools, groups, and organizations we welcome every day.
You'll actively
prospect, pitch, negotiate, and secure group bookings
, helping drive attendance and revenue—all while spreading LEGO-level joy
This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, relationship-building, and being part of a high-energy, guest-focused team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships within your assigned markets
- Prospect, negotiate, and secure new and repeat group bookings
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) volume and revenue goals
- Drive school and group visitation across education, youth, corporate, and community groups
- Partner with Marketing & Operations to create and execute smart sales strategies
- Collaborate on email campaigns, mailers, digital assets, and sales materials
- Help shape and refine educational programs with schools and community partners
- Serve as a key contact for local, regional, and national group organizations
- Track and manage group sales activity and client communications
- Deliver enthusiastic, guest-focused service while living the Merlin Values every day
(Responsibilities may vary by site—because no two days are ever the same here)

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- A driven, positive, and adaptable team player
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Work Environment & Flexibility
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on location
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Travel may be required
