Overseeing the administration of one or more client-facing programs within a business unit, this role plays a vital part in supporting business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external projects or initiatives.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the implementation and compliance of ongoing client-focused programs.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, projecting the need for additional sessions as necessary, while managing timelines, action items, and spreadsheet reviews.
- Ensure programs achieve their defined objectives.
- Demonstrate executive administration experience by supporting C-Level executives.
- Utilize expertise in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Offer subject matter expertise to address daily business challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends through research of best practices.
- Foster and manage partnerships with corporate and regional business areas.
- Coordinate training initiatives related to client-facing programs.
- Develop and assess measures of program success regularly.
- Schedule, conduct, and participate in meetings, supporting management's overarching goals.
- Evaluate costs and savings; assist with vendor invoice processing as needed.
- Compile and analyze complex data, preparing and delivering presentations.
Required
- BA/BS in a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in client-facing programs or healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Contract
Preferred
- Professional certification related to the field or experience in project management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project delivery frameworks.
Additional Details:
Work Hours Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
