Business Development Representative – New York City (Hybrid)

We're hiring a
BDR

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Identify market segments, generate qualified leads, and manage outreach campaigns
  • Book and oversee product demos, preparing marketing materials and presentations
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to target the right accounts, manage opportunities, and drive pipeline goals
  • Craft and deliver world-class cold calls and personalized outreach messages
  • Convert inbound leads and prospect into outbound opportunities with executives and decision-makers
  • Document all prospect interactions in Salesforce for effective lead management
  • Collaborate with Marketing on data-driven lead-nurturing campaigns and scalable demand-gen experiments
  • Meet monthly
    OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
    with your manager and consistently exceed activity and performance metrics


What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • 1–5 years of professional sales experience (minimum 1+ year in SaaS software)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Competitive, self-starter mentality with high accountability
  • Strong emotional intelligence, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • High energy and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of multiple industry verticals
  • Skilled at building and maintaining point-of-view documents for target accounts
  • Confident educating Owners, Executives, and senior decision-makers on the importance of financial visibility


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    $75K – $85K
  • 1st Year OTE:
    $110K – $125K+

    : NYC office Tues–Thurs (remote flexibility)
