Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, this role is crucial in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all visitors to our dental office. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional administrative support, manage multiple tasks with ease, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and clients warmly, and provide a welcoming atmosphere in our waiting areas.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient and client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately using computer software.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and assist with other office duties.
  • Utilize computerized systems to manage patient records and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and patient-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong sense of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
