Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role requires a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve quality of life for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings.
  • Educate families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies and intervention techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in intake processes, case consultations, and ongoing training sessions related to behavioral health.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in applied behavior analysis.

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy, data collection, and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with special education practices, medical terminology, and medical records management.
  • Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards related to patient care.
  • Prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams focused on patient assessment and care planning is preferred. About the case

  • Located in Miami Beach specific address will be given during interview)
  • RBT is with client 4-7pm Monday-Thursday
  • In home and community based sessions
  • Client is allowed 3 hours of supervision per week

This job is perfect for a BCBA looking for some extra hours or to complete their schedule. We are looking just for this case BUT we do have the option for some extra hours or another case in other locations if needed. We have the option of adding another case in Hollywood and/or Miami 33147 if candidate wants more hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 8 per week
