Project Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional supervisory skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. As a Project Superintendent, you will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to drive project success and uphold safety and quality protocols.

Duties

• Lead daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with project plans
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones
• Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities effectively
• Coordinate procurement of materials using HeavyBid or other estimating tools to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to contract specifications
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams
• Implement safety protocols by conducting site safety meetings, inspections, and ensuring OSHA compliance
• Review contracts with clients and subcontractors to clarify scope of work, change orders, and contractual obligations
• Use tools like ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary during construction phases

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising construction sites with a focus on large-scale projects or infrastructure development
• Extensive background in construction management including scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and quality control
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for effective project execution
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards coupled with practical experience implementing safety programs on-site
• Supervising experience working with diverse teams including subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients
• Familiarity with pipeline projects or heavy civil construction is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $78, $150,000.00 per year
