Mocktail Waitress/Assistant Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Mocktail Waitress / Assistant Receptionist to join our team. This role combines guest service, beverage preparation, and front desk support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and prepare our signature non-alcoholic mocktail recipes
• Serve mocktails and beverages to clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
• Support client check-in and check-out
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage and reception areas
• Assist with cleaning duties and laundry as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Full-time availability with weekend availability required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and accurately prepare mocktail recipes
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable assisting with cleaning and laundry duties

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service
• Food and beverage, café, or front desk experience
