Overview
The Blender/Batching Tech will combine raw materials for the production of finished beverage products within formula specifications by controlling the blending process and thermal systems.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for mix/use chemicals, sanitation, system clean-up and report material usage
- Blend ingredients to formula quality standards,
- Monitor and control thermal processing,
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP),
- Conduct analytical quality testing and report results,
- Troubleshoot equipment/ingredient problems,
- Mathematically calculate batch corrections,
- Proper documentation of all daily activities,
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on all related equipment,
- Perform product changes when necessary,
- Work assigned shifts, as determined by business needs, in accordance with work-week
- Support safety and quality Initiatives
- Perform other tasks as required
Education and Additional Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English
Previous experience in a manufacturing/food production environment

$51,480 - $62,920Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
