Pendleton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facility, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team.

This key role partners closely with administration and staff to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organization's mission through effective people strategies. The Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in building strong employee relationships, maintaining confidentiality, enhancing morale, and attracting, developing, and retaining staff.

• Overseeing payroll and timekeeping processes utilizing the SBV System

• Managing and maintaining HRIS integrity using the Proliant System

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with PBJ reporting requirements

• Leading recruitment and retention initiatives to support staffing goals

• Administering Leave of Absence requests, including FMLA and CTFMLA

• Coordinating and managing Workers' Compensation claims

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and knowledgeable in healthcare HR operations, with a passion for employee engagement and compliance excellence. Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment is preferred.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday salaried position.
