We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Dishwasher to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment. This role is essential to ensuring proper sanitation and smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher
• Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room and kitchen areas
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report equipment or safety concerns
• Follow all food safety, infection control, and OSHA standards

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Food Handler's and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of basic sanitation practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
• Professional, positive attitude and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
