You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that every item is handled with care and precision. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Carefully pack orders, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanning devices, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Basic computer proficiency for using scanning equipment and order systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
