We are searching for a diligent and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your accuracy and speed are crucial to our operations, ensuring timely and correct shipments. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations using an order picking list or scanner.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipping, maintaining quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, as per safety protocols.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall logistics process through accurate and timely picking.
- Follow proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and product damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a significant advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet productivity goals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Commitment to following all logistics and safety instructions.
