Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and other warehouse goods to and from designated areas.
- Accurately record inventory movements and update WMS.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Follow all logistics guidelines to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a plus.
