Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This key role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper management of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting thorough cycle counts, investigating and resolving all inventory discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to minimize future errors. Utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), you will track stock levels, process inventory adjustments accurately, and generate detailed reports for management. Exceptional analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong understanding of inventory control principles are essential for success in this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including warehouse floor staff, purchasing, and customer service, is vital for maintaining optimal inventory flow and availability. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Strict adherence to all company Safety protocols, including the proper and consistent use of PPE , is mandatory. While direct material handling is limited, occasional Lifting of inventory may be necessary. Your role is fundamental to the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire Logistics network, ensuring that we meet customer demands reliably and reduce operational costs associated with inaccurate inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage all inventory adjustments, transfers, and adjustments within the WMS.
  • Develop, document, and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure efficient product location, identification, and organization within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Advanced proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse Logistics , supply chain principles, and Safety best practices.
