Join our energetic team as a Picker/Packer in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, carefully packing these items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the picking and packing areas, conducting quality checks on products before they are shipped, and assisting with inventory counts. A strong focus on efficiency and accuracy is paramount. We provide all necessary training and equip our team with the tools and PPE needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order details.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet standards before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operate packing equipment and tools as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear mandated PPE.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be comfortable with Lifting and moving packages of various sizes and weights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing.
