Our Indianapolis, Indiana fulfillment center is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. This position involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is paramount. You will be expected to work efficiently, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. This role requires individuals who are physically fit, capable of lifting moderate weights, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock received items into designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capable of consistent lifting and moving of products up to 40 lbs.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
