Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our advanced facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our warehouse equipment and infrastructure. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on various warehouse systems and machinery, ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, sorters, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and other machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Operate various hand and power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support the logistics team by ensuring operational readiness of the warehouse infrastructure.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in warehouse operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Experience with tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
