Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists or system prompts.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Package products using appropriate materials, ensuring protection during transit.
- Verify that packaged orders match the original order details.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and willingness to adhere to safety standards, including PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
