Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE)
- 6-month Fixed Term Contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 22:00 (40 hours/week)

Role and Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias), you'll play a crucial role in keeping production equipment running efficiently. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll handle both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the facility.
- Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and site systems
- Completing planned maintenance schedules using CMMS
- Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding during shifts
- Installing and commissioning new equipment
- Supporting automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring all work complies with H&S, audit, and quality standards
- Documenting all maintenance work and updating logs
- Assisting with mechanical work as required across departments
Required Skills and Experience
- Electrical bias with a strong multi-skilled background
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- C&G Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment
- Confident in fault finding on PLCs, motors, drives, pumps
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, ovens, or blow moulders is a plus
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards
- Apprentice trained preferred, but not essential
- Strong team player with a proactive, solutions-first approach
