We’d love to hear from you, and will look to evaluate your candidacy against our leveling system throughout the interview process, making it clear where we expect you to land as early as possible.What You’ll DoDesign, Develop, Improve, Maintain and Grow our expanding codebase - whether on the front or back end.Architect scalable and robust solutions to support hundreds of thousands of users nationwide.Evaluate, Monitor, and Adjust Cloud Infrastructure to ensure availability and reliability.Drive best practices in performance, security and scalability as we rapidly scale over the next 6/12 months.Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.Work hands-on with modern front-end and back-end tooling, component-driven architecture, and state management solutions.Optimize real-time interactions between patients, providers and pharmacies with a focus on accessibility and usability.Build out data-driven services and systems to bolster the customer experience.Influence engineering culture, fostering innovation and technical ownership within the team.Who You AreSkilled in developing scalable, high‑performance systems for web and mobile applications.Proficient with modern toolchains and practices, including TypeScript, ESLint, CI/CD pipelines, and state‑management strategies for data‑intensive UX flows.Experienced in optimizing complex user interactions and crafting elegant, efficient solutions to challenging problems.Familiar with machine‑learning algorithms and low‑level development practices.Adaptable and proactive in fast‑paced, startup‑style environments, taking ownership of projects and collaborating effectively.Pair‑programming, code reviews, and cross‑functional communication to align on requirements and share knowledge.Writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure code quality and system stability.Creating clear docs, API specs, and runbooks to help teammates ramp up quickly and maintain systems effectively.Bonus: Experience with WebSockets and real‑time data, compiled languages, or healthcare‑focused applications.At Mochi, we believe your best work happens when you feel your best—so we’ve designed an environment that fuels your creativity, supports your growth, and makes every day exciting.
