We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our thriving logistics operation in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. This role is fundamental to our ability to serve our customers effectively, requiring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety regulations and company protocols.
- Wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Involves regular Lifting of packages and materials up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift. Familiarity with warehouse Logistics and safety procedures is beneficial. Must be a team player and possess a strong work ethic.
