We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This role is essential for the daily operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and common areas.
- Operate manual material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- This role requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long durations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
