Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse facility in Dallas, Texas, as a Material Handler and be the backbone of our efficient logistics operations. We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to manage the movement of goods within our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from various departments, and ensuring that inventory is stored correctly and safely. This role is physically demanding and requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure that all materials are handled with care and efficiency, contributing directly to the smooth flow of our supply chain. We emphasize safe practices and proper Lifting techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain process by ensuring timely movement of goods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks). Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Awareness of logistics best practices.
