You will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed, loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments, stocking shelves with incoming inventory, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our warehouse facility. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE , is expected. As a Warehouse Associate, you are a vital link in our Logistics chain, directly contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and ensuring overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to order specifications.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory items.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and safe work practices.
