Job Summary:
Our rapidly expanding logistics operation in Boise, Idaho is looking for energetic and dependable Fulfillment Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This dynamic role involves picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, as well as assisting with receiving and stocking new merchandise. You'll thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment where precision and speed are essential. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to strictly adhere to all safety regulations and utilize the provided PPE at all times. This position requires the ability to perform significant lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using WMS and RF scanners.
  • Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Verify order details against packed items for accuracy.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming inventory.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
  • Contribute to overall team performance and efficiency in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret order picking instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Must be able to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Understanding of fundamental logistics processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
