Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Properly label and stage shipments for outgoing logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
