We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Properly label and stage shipments for outgoing logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
