Job Summary:
Our Fort Worth, Texas facility is actively seeking Picker/Packers to support our expanding logistics operations. This role is vital for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will meticulously select items from warehouse inventory and prepare them for shipment, playing a key role in our supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order pick lists or RF scanner data.
  • Inspect picked items for any defects or damage before packaging.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during shipping.
  • Verify order contents against pick lists to guarantee accuracy.
  • Apply appropriate shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
  • Strictly follow all company safety regulations and wear all mandated PPE.
  • Achieve established targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
  • Support inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, when required.
  • Communicate any operational challenges or concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding and practice of workplace safety principles, including PPE usage.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
