Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders and system instructions.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet individual and team productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in order picking or packing is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a standing and moving role for extended periods.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
