We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and racks with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and wearing required PPE .
- Basic math and reading skills.
