Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists, ensuring accuracy and quality. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will be expected to work at a steady pace and maintain a high level of accuracy. Experience with RF scanners is a plus. This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and you must be willing to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory levels.
- Ensure picked items are correctly packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform duties involving significant lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Meet performance standards for order picking speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
