Sales Administrator

About
Provide full administrative support to the regional Sales team
Process and maintain accurate sales reservations, cancellations and amendments
Liaise with Sales Executives, site teams and group operations
Manage and update internal systems, databases and sales trackers
Prepare sales documentation, reports and weekly statistics
Support with customer correspondence and ensure a high standard of service
Ensure compliance with company procedures, legal requirements and timescales
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in housebuilding, property or construction is desirable but not essential)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
A positive team player with a professional and flexible approach
