performance marketing
to fuel the next stage of growth.
The Role A
hybrid strategic and executional
leadership role. You’ll take ownership of the entire
Paid Search function
– from building a mature, data-led strategy to deploying, measuring and optimising daily performance. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across
Growth, Product, Finance and Exec , and partner with external agencies as you grow the channel’s influence and performance.
Core focus areas: Data, Testing & Analytics Build and execute
robust testing frameworks
to optimise acquisition Set up clear
measurement, attribution and reporting
systems Navigate
tracking complexities
and resolve data blind spots Collaborate with product/data teams to build
dashboards and insights Paid Search Strategy & Execution Own and scale a £1.5–2M annual
Google Ads
budget (and growing) Be hands-on with campaign building and optimisation Align Paid Search with
wider content and brand strategy Drive seamless integration with
other performance channels AI & Automation Explore and deploy
AI tools
for content generation and workflow automation Stay ahead of trends – assess new tools and make informed bets on what’s next Support the company’s ambition to become more ML-driven in the long term Stakeholder Collaboration Work directly with
CEO, CFO and leadership team Partner with agency and internal teams to scale performance efficiently Communicate complex concepts and results clearly and persuasively
You’ll Be: A
Paid Search expert
with experience owning and scaling D2C campaigns Comfortable
blending strategy with hands-on execution Structured and prioritised – able to thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment Analytical and commercial – focused on
ROI and efficiency Curious about AI – not an ML expert, but excited to use emerging tools creatively A strong communicator – able to tell a story with data and performance A

The Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hybrid: London office (2-3 days per week) Reporting into: Growth leadership and Executive stakeholders Performance budget: £1.5M–£2M and growing
